These Terms of Purchase govern the sale of products through this website and form the agreement between you and us when you place an order. They apply to every order, regardless of destination. Pricing and currency. All prices on this website are stated in United States Dollars (USD). The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay, and shipping is free on all items. We cover duties, taxes, and other import-related charges, so no additional amount will be requested from you at delivery. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a pricing error is discovered before an order is dispatched, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order, and any amount charged will be refunded if you choose to cancel.

If a payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order. Dispatch and delivery. We aim to dispatch orders within one to three business days and estimate delivery within six to twelve days, as described in the Shipping Policy. These are estimates, not guarantees, and transit times may be affected by factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass as described in the Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for monitoring tracking information after dispatch.

Returns and refunds. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In summary, you may return eligible items within sixty days of delivery, and refunds are processed within five to ten business days after receipt and inspection. The Refund Policy sets out the full conditions, including eligibility, return shipping arrangements, and refund amounts, and it forms part of these terms.

Duties and additional charges. We cover duties, taxes, and other import-related charges associated with your order. You will not be asked to pay additional amounts at delivery.
